Stave mill is at the heart of our activity. We solely work with French oakwood from the Eastern region and it is bought within the framework of approved sales. First of all, there is a proper estimate of the wood carried out by our buyers in order to select high-quality logs and to guarantee coopers second-to-none barrels. Wood is then transformed in our production workshop according to a highly-accurate process to become stave.
